The Place: A Journey of Expansion and Dominance

In 2022, we worked with The Place Restaurant to offer services such as digital marketing, public relations, brand and communications strategy, content marketing and writing, campaign planning and execution and many more.
Using various communication approaches, we were able to improve their brand perception and place them at the top of the minds of their consumers.
The Place Restaurant is a Nigerian Restaurant that serves a variety of great meals. They have earned a place among the most reputable restaurants in the country through their consistency in serving delicious meals.
The restaurant sector is very competitive in Lagos, Nigeria.
The Place Restaurant needed to differentiate its offering while emphasizing its unique positioning in its niche: affordable meals.
The restaurant needed a brand strategy that would bring its brand to life, but also make it appealing to a wide audience.
STRATEGIES WE EMPLOYED
Our job was to position the brand as one of the best in the state and to help the brand get up close and personal with its customers.
We did these by;
defining the restaurant’s target audience, objectives, and concerns to ensure a successful project.
keeping the brand active, humanising the marketing content and consistently generating engagement through organic posts, featured and sponsored Ads.
coming up with a plan to manage customer requests, respond swiftly to external complaints and keep them satisfied in line with Digital Reputation Management.
planning and executing various campaigns to improve the brand’s awareness especially during the launch of new branches in the state.
We increased engagement on The Place’s digital channels by employing a more human and personal approach.
Through our digital efforts, we successfully promoted the launch of two new outlets in Egbeda and Ikoyi which in turn increased sales and revenue immensely.
We garnered over 1,000,000 impressions and reach on existing social media channels.
We modified the processes for issues and crisis management in a bid to ensure smoother brand-customer communication.
Our contract with The Place Restaurant was very successful, as we contributed to the success of two new branch openings, and multiple other campaigns.
The project was successfully executed, with the brand gathering new followers and customers in multiple communities all around Lagos.
